A soft space to land for those whose job is to listen deeply, witness, and care for others.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE PAIN
An ongoing psychotherapy group for those impacted by fears of fascism and feeling stressed about their work and the country going into 2025.
Hi! I’m Glen (they/Glen)…
I’ll be facilitating this group. I’m a mental health therapist in Washington, DC. I have over 10 years experience of mindfulness practice that informs my work as a therapist. This group is offered as a space to find community as we shift toward slowing down, tending to what is beneath our fear, pain, and frantic energy that current events are triggering.
If you’re excited or curious about the group, I’d love to connect! Please reach out. We can schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to talk more about next steps.

I use Gestalt approaches to mindfulness and awareness practices. It’s a bit different than the common/popularized “mindfulness.” In Gestalt, mindfulness is not “emptying the mind” — Gestalt mindfulness is looking to how we fill our mind, how we fill our awareness. This involves both a gentle curiosity of our thoughts while looking deeper at sensations, at our embodied experience.
Don’t be alone with your fear—step into connection and care.
