A soft space to land for queer people stressed by 2025.

Queer Connection Circle

An ongoing psychotherapy group for queer people in DC impacted by fears of fascism and feeling stressed the country going into 2025.

Hi! I’m Glen (they/Glen)…

I’ll be facilitating this group. I’m a mental health therapist in Washington, DC. I have over 10 years experience of mindfulness practice that informs my work as a therapist. This group is offered as a space to find community as we shift toward slowing down, tending to what is beneath our fear, pain, and frantic energy that current events are triggering.

If you’re excited or curious about the group, I’d love to connect! Please reach out. We can schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to talk more about next steps.

  • Any adults in Washington, DC, who are queer and seeking connection, a space to be seen, and a space for their emotions to be seen and gently held together with others.

Members must be able to join the group online while physically in Washington, DC.

  • Facilitated by Gestalt and somatic therapist Glen Bradley, LPC, NCC, this group offers a safe and welcoming environment to connect and share as we move into these uncertain times. Together, we'll process fears, find support, and create space for care and connection.

  • To be determined — Schedule will be based on the collective availability of those interested.

  • Virtual (participants must be physically in DC during appointments).

Possibility for in-person sessions depending on availability and interest.

  • - $50 — Standard rate

    - $25 — "Need a hand" rate

    $75 — "Lend a hand" rate

Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • I use Gestalt approaches to mindfulness and awareness practices. It’s a bit different than the common/popularized “mindfulness.” In Gestalt, mindfulness is not “emptying the mind” — Gestalt mindfulness is looking to how we fill our mind, how we fill our awareness. This involves both a gentle curiosity of our thoughts while looking deeper at sensations, at our embodied experience.

Don’t be alone with your fear—step into connection and care.
